Aayush is part of the investment team at 4U, where he focuses on sourcing and evaluating early stage deals and supporting portfolio companies in their growth journey. He brings a sharp eye for detail, a strong interest in problem solving, and a hands-on approach to working with founders. If you see someone from our fund at a startup event, there’s a good chance it is him.
Aayush holds an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay, where he was actively involved with the Entrepreneurship Cell and worked closely with multiple early stage startups, building products across finance, operations, and education, gaining exposure to different parts of the startup journey.
Outside of work, Aayush enjoys traveling, with experiences ranging from backpacking in Vietnam to adventure courses and trekking in the mountains.
