Our Investment Thesis
Edgistify, founded as OptiSupply Chain Solution Pvt Ltd, began with the vision of organizing India’s fragmented warehousing ecosystem through an asset light, technology driven platform. When we invested at the idea stage, the company was building its core concept of a digital marketplace connecting businesses with underutilized warehouses and logistics partners, enabling flexible, affordable, and reliable fulfillment.
The founding team brought strong execution capability and deep industry knowledge. Kamal Kumawat (IIT Bombay) had earlier co-founded ventures and mentored startups, combining product and entrepreneurial experience. Umang Shukla (IIT Kanpur) had led operations at Pitstop and contributed expertise in scaling early businesses. Antim Suman (NIT Surat) added operational strength with prior leadership roles at Gloyo and Amber.
